• Seller Obligations: Sellers must deliver the product or service exactly as described.
• Prohibited Items: Selling illegal, restricted, harmful, or fraudulent items is strictly forbidden.
• Buyer Rights: Buyers may raise disputes if the product or service is not delivered or differs from what was promised.
• Guarantee & Refunds: Disputes and refunds are handled according to our Refund & Dispute Policy.
• Transparency: All invoice rules are visible before payment. Both parties know exactly what to expect.
• User Experience: Dispute and refund processes are designed to be smooth, fast, and stress‑free.
• Compliance: Users must follow MidgardPay policies, including AML rules and prohibited‑use guidelines.

Liability & User Agreement

• By creating an account or using MidgardPay, all users fully accept and agree to our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, KYC & AML Policy, and Privacy Policy.
• MidgardPay is a decentralized and non‑custodial platform. We do not control user funds, private keys, or wallets, and therefore cannot be held responsible for losses caused by user mistakes, wallet issues, or external services.
• In case of a dispute, MidgardPay has the exclusive authority to review evidence and make the final and binding decision. No third party, including buyers or sellers, may override this decision.
• Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their payments, wallet addresses, and transaction details. Incorrect or irreversible blockchain transactions are not refundable.
• By using MidgardPay, users acknowledge that blockchain transactions are permanent, and MidgardPay cannot reverse or modify any on‑chain activity.
