MidgardPay is committed to a secure, compliant, and decentralized payment environment. KYC verification is only required in certain cases.

Standard sellers and everyday users do not need KYC.
KYC is required only for sellers processing more than $10,000 per day or $50,000 per month, or in cases of suspicious activity.
All users must comply with applicable AML regulations and the Terms of Service.
MidgardPay monitors transactions to detect and prevent fraud, money laundering, and illegal behavior. More details are available in the Prohibited Activities Policy.
